The first step to reducing energy consumption and in turn reducing your power bills is to understand where, and how much energy you are using.

Using portable power logging equipment we can show you what sections of your business are using the most energy, allowing you to prioritise upgrades to achieve the best improvements in energy efficiency with the least capital expenditure.

Power logging can also be used to determine how much more equipment you can operate with current infrastructure.  Significant electrical infrastructure upgrades can be costly so its important to know where your limits are, and how close you are running to them.  Adding equipment to your current facility could prove more costly than you have budgeted for if major electrical upgrades are required.

Our power logging equipment captures the following information

  • Voltage
  • Current
  • Active Power
  • Apparent Power
  • Reactive Power
  • Active Energy
  • Apparent Energy
  • Reactive Energy
  • Power Factor
  • Demand

The audit can also be used to project the cost savings that can be realised with the introduction of Power Factor Correction.
