You will receive a comprehensive written report on your UPS condition along with any recommendations regarding the critical load, UPS environment, and future component replacements that may be required.

Battery Monitoring Systems

Power Protect are authorised Australian agents for Powershield Battery Data Loggers.  We can ensure that your BDL is calibrated, and providing accurate reports.  We carry a range of spare parts and can show you how to maximise the value of your battery monitoring system.

Power Factor Correction

Behind closed doors, your PFC equipment is constantly switching stages on and off to compensate for poor power factor while saving you money on your power bill.  If the power factor correction equipment is not checked and serviced, eventually all this switching will cause something to wear out, and result in a failure which could cost you thousands of dollars a month if it goes unnoticed.

Power Protect will check that equipment is calibrated correctly and that correction stages are fully functional.  We monitor the wear on switching and cooling components to ensure that replacements are made before any problems develop.
